Turkey Meatballs

I spent a good chunk of Sunday preparing for the Super Bowl festivities. For an appetizer, I decided to make mini-turkey meatballs.  I’ve made this recipe 2x this year, they’re easy to make and great to bring to parties!! For those who aren’t turkey loves feel free to use regular ground meat.

Ingredients you’ll need:

2 lbs turkey meat (1 lb for smaller parties)
3-4 Clovers garlic
Grated Cheese
Whole Wheat Italian Bread Crumbs
Liquid Eggs

(1) Mix the above ingredients in a bowl

(2)  Coat the bottom of a glass pyrex with olive oil and roll the meat into 1″ mini meatballs

(3) Cook the meatballs on 350 degrees until they are completely cooked

(4) Make sure to coat the bottom of the tin with a little bit of sauce so that the meatballs do not stick. Then add the remaining sauce to the top of the

Ah Nom Nom!! You’re done!!

If you’re preparing this for a party cover it with tinfoil and then just reheat on 350 when you get to the party!!
